Community members will have an opportunity to support local Special Olympics athletes while getting their vehicles cleaned during the Clinton County Special Olympics Indiana Car Wash & Bake Sale Fundraiser on Saturday, Aug. 15.
The fundraiser will take place from 9 a.m. to noon at Souls Harbor Missionary Baptist Church, 357 Alhambra Ave., Frankfort.
Volunteers will be on hand to wash vehicles, and a bake sale featuring homemade treats will also be available. Organizers are asking for free-will donations, with all proceeds benefiting Clinton County Special Olympics athletes and the county program.
