Petition of AT&T Enterprises, LLC, One AT&T Way, Room S1C26, Bedminster, NJ, is requesting approval of a Two Lot Minor Subdivision, concerning 13.99 acres of land, in the A-1, Agricultural, Zoning District.
The petition site is located in Section 30, Township 21 N, Range 2 W, on the East side of US Highway 52, between W. County Road 300 S and W. County Road 450 S, in Perry Township, located at commonly known as: 3521 S. US Highway 52, Frankfort, IN.
