– At 819 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain of 1 to 3
inches earlier today, on top of several inches of rain in
recent days. Flooding is already occurring in the warned
area.

Whitestown, Rossville, Shadeland, Thorntown, Dayton, Battle

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
Stay away or be swept away. River banks and culverts can become
unstable and unsafe.
