Rossville residents will see a change to their recycling pickup schedule beginning in October.
Trash Kans will begin running its recycling truck in Rossville on Tuesdays, the same day as regular trash pickup. Recycling will continue to be collected every other week for residents.
The recycling schedule will alternate by side of U.S. 421 (State Road 39). The east side of 421 will have recycling pickup one Tuesday, followed by the west side of 421 the next Tuesday. The schedule will then continue alternating each week.
Residents should note that while recycling remains an every-other-week service, pickup will move from Wednesdays to Tuesdays beginning in October.
