Frankfort Man Found Guilty on Multiple Child Molesting, Sexual Misconduct Charges; Wanted on Warrant

On August 25, 2026, 77-year-old Richard Q. Henson, of Frankfort, was found guilty by a jury in Clinton County Circuit Court on the following charges.

Henson was arrested by Frankfort Police Detectives in February of 2025. Henson failed to show for a bond revocation hearing on August 19, 2026, and has not been seen since. He is currently wanted on a warrant.

“I want to thank the detectives, as well as the Clinton County Prosecutor’s Office for their work on this case,” stated Chief Scott Shoemaker. “Henson, while out on bond, has failed to present himself for trial and needs located.”
