The County Highway Department will have County Road 0 EW closed all day between County Road 300 N and County Road 450 N.
In addition, E. Clinton Street will be closed today between Young Street and Williams Road.
Drivers should use caution, allow extra travel time and seek alternate routes while the closures are in effect.
