Fall may officially be here, but Prairie Creek Park still has plenty of summer fun and community events planned in the coming weeks.
The weekend kicks off Friday, Sept. 25, with the final Movie in the Park of the year, featuring Puss in Boots: The Last Wish.
On Saturday, Sept. 26, the Prairie Creek Park Summer Concert Series continues with Love ‘N Fire and The Pretender – A Foo Fighters Experience.
Food and drinks will be available from Catering by C&R LLC, Gordo’s Truck, Trailer Park Entertainment and Dickerson & Kenna. Night Owl Show Productions will provide the audio.
The park also has a rescheduled concert planned for Friday, Oct. 2, featuring The Time Travelers and The Flying Toasters.
Prairie Creek Park and the City of Frankfort invite residents to enjoy the remaining events and make the most of the season.
