Phillip Max Stoops, 88, of Frankfort, passed away on September 6, 2026 at Wesley Manor.
A burial with military honors is being held this Saturday, October 3 at 11:30 a.m. at Green Lawn Cemetery.
A gathering of family and friends will take place following the burial service from 1-3 p.m. in the Event Center at Wesley Manor, 1555 N. Main St., Frankfort.
