Meridian Health Services will host Flu-palooza, a free one-day flu-shot clinic Thursday, October 8, from 1 to 5 p.m. at 50 S. Maish Road, Frankfort, IN 46041, across from Frankfort High School. Everyone who receives a flu shot will be entered into a drawing for a $50 grocery gift card (participants only).
No insurance is required, and there are no out-of-pocket costs. Flu shots are available for anyone six months and older, and participants do not need to be current Meridian patients. Walk-ins are welcome.
Cindy Loveless from WILO will be broadcasting live on-site from 2 to 4 p.m.
The flu vaccine being provided is FluLaval, a standard-dose vaccine.
