Kevin Dale Holder, 67, of Frankfort, passed away October 12, 2026 in his home. He was born January 9, 1959 to Robert Hugh and Alice (Vannote) Holder in Winchester, Indiana.
Kevin was employed as a laborer for Hitachi Automotive in Berea, Kentucky for many years. In his spare time he enjoyed gardening and talking on his CB radios under the handle “Ever Ready”. Kevin also enjoyed racing, following both Indy car as well as NASCAR. Kevin’s favorite driver back in the day was Mark Martin racing in the #6.
Surviving are: his daughter, Daisy (Scott) Shoemaker of Frankfort; his daughter, Alicia (Thomas) Davis of Winchester; his son, Roscoe Holder of Richmond; 11 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren; and his two sisters, Beverly Rogers and Sue Holder.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Robert and Alice; his son, Bobby Holder; and two brothers.
