The national survey evaluates on the basis of referring veterinarian feedback in categories like responsiveness, communication, client and patient experience and quality of medicine. Hospital Director Dr. Duncan Hockley says the results are a reflection of the effort of faculty and staff. “I am proud of our veterinarians, veterinary technicians and supporting staff who work tirelessly to provide high-quality, compassionate care to our patients and clients,” he said. “We are pleased that our referring veterinarians appreciate our work.”
