Clinton County Republican Party Announces Township Ballot Vacancies for the May General Election

CLINTON COUNTY, Ind. — The Clinton County Republican Party is announcing a number of township ballot vacancies available after the May Primary Election. Republicans who live in the affected townships and want to serve their communities are encouraged to put their names forward.

The following positions are open:

● Johnson Township Trustee (1)
● Johnson Township Board Member (3)
● Kirklin Township Trustee (1)
● Kirklin Township Board Member (2)
● Madison Township Trustee (1)
● Madison Township Board Member (2)
● Owen Township Trustee (1)
● Owen Township Board Member (2)
● Ross Township Board Member (3)
● Sugar Creek Township Board Member (2)
● Union Township Board Member (2)
● Warren Township Trustee (1)
● Warren Township Board Member (2)

Some of these vacancies will be filled by appointment, while others may require a caucus of the precinct committee members in the respective township.

Anyone interested in being considered should submit a letter of interest to Clinton County GOP Chair Jordan Brewer by June 19. Letters can be sent by email to jordanbrewer20@gmail.com. The letter should state which position you are seeking and a brief summary of your interest and qualifications.

For any vacancies that require a caucus, a caucus will be scheduled and announced at a later time.
