The Clinton Prairie Motorsports team built and ran two karts in the World Finals on May 15 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Kart #65 driven by Brady Myers won the pole over 28 other karts and went on to win the 25 lap feature race.  Kart #72 driven by Cody Criswell did a great job as well finishing in 11th place.

Kyler Kozuch and Evan Marty were the crew members on both of the karts.  We also had two young ladies who did all the PR work for the program.  As part of the overall program Emma Price and Breawna Caldwell did presentations over kart design, project management and community outreach.

Overall it was a great day for the CP Motorsports Team. We took home the top spot in the race with Brady Myers(#65) winning the race and the team took home the traveling team trophy which is given to the team with the best overall race placement along with the best overall PR scores in the different areas listed above.
