Special Judge Fran Gull Wednesday ordered the unsealing of 118 documents tied  to the Delphi murder case of Abigail Williams and Liberty German in 2017.

According to documents, Prosecutor said the suspect, 50-year-old Richard Allen of Delphi, repeatedly confessed to his wife in phone calls he made from the Westville Correctional Facility. Upon the admission, his wife reportedly ended the phone call “abruptly.”
