Frankfort High School wrestler Elijah Anthony took second at 113 Saturday at the North Montgomery Regional and qualified for this Saturday’s semi-state tournament at New Castle.
Anthony, 35-2 on the season, won by fall over Eli Oiler of Fountain Central in the quarterfinal with a tech fall at 3:22. Anthony then defeated Griffin Ingalls of Fisher in the semifinal 8-3 before falling to Brac Hooper of Carmel in double overtime.
Anthony’s only two losses this year have been to Hooper.
