Clinton County EMS Director Steven Deckard announced on Wednesday’s Partyline program that they will on-site at this weekend’s Hot Dog Festival in downtown Frankfort.
Deckard also said they will be having water and popsicles available to help keep individuals comfortable and cool on Friday.
