Frankfort Plan Commission Schedules Two Special Meetings in August

The Frankfort City Plan Commission has scheduled two special meetings in August to consider development projects and other planning matters.

The first special meeting will be held on Thursday, Aug. 6, at 9:30 a.m. in the City Council Chambers, 301 E. Clinton St. The agenda includes consideration of amendments to the construction plans for the Risse 7th Addition subdivision before adjournment.

A second special meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 19, at 5 p.m., also in the City Council Chambers.

During that meeting, the commission will conduct a public hearing on a request from Wildcat Resources, LLC regarding Docket No. CPC-2026-03, a proposed secondary plat for Meadowbrook Phase II, Section 2.

Both meetings are open to the public, and residents are encouraged to attend to learn more about the proposed development projects and planning matters affecting the City of Frankfort.

Current members of the City Plan Commission include mayoral appointees Mark Mills, Mike Nichols, Larry Mosier, and Joseph Bookwalter, along with City Council appointees Isac Chavez, Robert Stevens, and Chris Salaba.
