The City of Frankfort recognized the Humane Society of Clinton County during Animal Shelter Appreciation Week with a visit Monday and an official proclamation honoring the organization’s work.
City officials thanked shelter staff and volunteers for their dedication to caring for homeless animals throughout the community.
