It was a beautiful day for the Annual Hispanic Heritage Festival down town Frankfort at Prairie Creek Park and a large crowd in attendance.
Mayor Judy Sheets opened and welcomed all to the festival, Many vendors were on hand for food, drinks, and much more.
There was recognition of Art contest winners and a display of the art. Youth essay contest winners, T-Shirt design contest recognition, Sugar skull decorating activity for the children.
Bilingual story time for children 3-6 years old, Traditional dress ware fashion show, and so much more.

Patty Keaton Parks was on hand for photos of most of the afternoon.
