Clinton County Central Dispatch has announced that the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) will chip/seal U.S. 421 (State Road 39) from State Road 75 in Frankfort to State Road 38 North of Frankfort. They will also chip/seal U.S. 421 from State Road 38 in Kirklin south to State Road 47 Monday. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes.
