Rossville Lions Club Invites Golfers to Annual Fundraising Outing July 18

The Rossville Area Lions Club is inviting golfers to tee off for a good cause during its annual Golf Outing fundraiser on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Angel Hill Golf Course in Rossville.

The four-player scramble raises funds to support the club’s mission of serving the community through local organizations, scholarships, vision screenings, and a variety of community improvement projects. Organizers say the event is one of the club’s most important annual fundraisers, with all proceeds benefiting programs that make a positive impact throughout the Rossville area.

Participation is limited to 30 four-person teams, and early registration is encouraged as spots are expected to fill quickly.

The team entry fee is $240 ($60 per player) and includes green fees, cart, lunch served on the course, refreshments, and prizes.

Cash prizes will be awarded to the tournament’s top three teams:

  • First Place: $500
  • Second Place: $400
  • Third Place: $200

The day’s schedule includes:

  • 7 a.m. – Check-in and registration
  • 8 a.m. – Shotgun start
  • 11 a.m. – Lunch served on the course
  • Noon – Awards presentation and prizes

In addition to a morning of golf, participants will have opportunities to win prizes while supporting the Lions Club’s ongoing efforts to serve the community.
