Street Department Recognizes Former Employee

The Frankfort Street Department recognized former employee Russ Anderson Friday afternoon for his commitment and dedication to the City of Frankfort and the Frankfort Street Department by renaming the recycling center in his honor.

Anderson was hired by the Street Department in August 1983 and worked there until his retirement in June 2015. His positive attitude, work ethic and reliability were a tremendous asset to the department.

In all, Anderson worked 32 years for the Street Department.
