A recent traffic stop by Indiana State Police Trooper James Wilkison led to the arrests of Richard Egan, 27, Indianapolis, and Dylan Whitlow, 23, Greenwood,. Both were incarcerated in the Miami County Jail to face criminal charges for dealing marijuana and possession of marijuana. Egan faces additional charges for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
