Her parents are Harold E. & Ann (McDonald) Highley.<\/p>\n
Lynn was a 1983 grad<\/em><\/strong>uate of Clinton Prairie High School, received her BA degree from Purdue University and her Master\u2019s degree from IUPUI.\u00a0 She loved her dogs, Pepe and Tazzy.<\/p>\n
Lyn is survived by her mother:\u00a0 Ann Highley of Frankfort, brother:\u00a0 David H. (Carol) Highley of rural Frankfort, niece Kendra (Brandon) Fearnow of rural Frankfort, nephew:\u00a0 Brandon Highley of Frankfort, great nephews:\u00a0 Tristan, Payne, and Gunnar Fearnow, and great niece:\u00a0 Azraella Highley. She was preceded in death by her father.<\/p>\n

A Celebration of Life will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at the New Life Assembly of God Church, 2025 Washington Ave., Frankfort, Ind. <\/em><\/strong>Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Park.\u00a0 In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Clinton County Humane Society, P.O.
