ELIGIBLITY: Employees and families of Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc., their agencies and employees and families of any radio, television or cable company or its subsidiaries are ineligible to participate in or win the contest. Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any contestant who is financed, aided, encouraged or prompted by an employee or family member of any radio, television or cable company or its subsidiaries within 75 miles of Frankfort, Indiana.

Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any contestant if Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. deems the contest rules were not followed. Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. reserves the right to enforce the following:

• No contest winners or their “family members” whether they are on-air or off, shall be allowed to win consecutively inside a 30-day period or 90-day period for prize is $500.00 or more in value.

• Any person who has won any contest with Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. or ‘family member” is again eligible to win another contest only after 30 days (or 90 days if prize value is $500.00 or more) have passed since their previous win. This includes all contests pertaining to the station.

• A person or family member will be allowed to register for a consecutive contest as long as the winning dates are 30 days apart or 90 days apart if prize value is $500.00 or more.

• Each person is limited to one registration per contest.

Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. contests are void when and where prohibited by law. Repeat offenders of the eligibility rule will be banned from winning prizes from Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. Prizes must be redeemed at 1401 West Barner Street, Frankfort, Indiana Monday- Friday, between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.

PRIZES: All prizes awarded through Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. are not transferable, nor may a prize be substituted at the request of a contest winner. The prize indicated by station personnel to be won in a contest is the only prize awarded and given only to the person who is designated as the winner. Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize or equal or greater value in the event the specified prize offered is unavailable. All prizes awarded by Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. must be claimed within 30 days (or 90 days if prize value is $500.00 or more) of the date the prize is won. No substitution will be made for violation of this 30-day rule. If a winner does not claim his/her prize within the 30-day period (or 90 days if prize value is $500.00 or more), the prize is forfeited and eligibility restrictions mentioned in these rules still apply to that winner for future contests. All prizes designated for pick-up at the Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. studios must be picked up during regular business hours. Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. will not be responsible for any prizes lost or stolen in the mail.

RELEASE: Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. and/or a sponsor participating in a contest on Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. may require a release form to be completed by the winner and any other person or persons involved in accepting a prize. Upon accepting any contest prize from Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. or sponsor participating in a contest with Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc., winner releases Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. and any and all sponsors of any liability or further claims. Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. may use voice recordings to prevent contest fraud.

Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. cannot be held liable or responsible for any telephone failures, malfunctions or irregularities during a contest or can Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. be liable for any discrepancies by the US Postal Service or any delivery service or courier involved in delivering the prizes, entries or contest information to or from Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc., nor is Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. to be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information.

The decision of the judges in final.

All winners are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on prizes received.

All entrants agree to grant Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. unlimited use of their name, voice, picture, quotation or facsimile, without consideration, in conjunction with their participation in any given contest.

IDENTIFICATION: In order for a winner to claim a prize, Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. requires picture identification. Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. may require any or all of the following: driver’s license, state ID, passport, and/or birth certificate. Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. reserves the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the identification presented. Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. requires a contestant to truthfully respond with all pertinent information it deems necessary for station records including but not restricted to legal name and address, telephone number, birth date and social security number.

Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. may disqualify a contest winner immediately upon learning the contestant has responded with all pertinent information it deems necessary for station records including but not restricted to legal name, address, telephone number, birth date and social security number. Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. may disqualify a contest immediately upon learning the contestant has responded with false information.

TYPE: For trivia-related/game-related contests, winners must supply the “answer that we’re looking for” to win. Decision of the studio judge is final. For sweepstakes-related contests, registration forms must contain all information requested in a legible manner.

CHANGE: Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. reserves the right to extend the contest if is so desires. Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. reserves the right to make necessary changes to the contest rules and procedures. In the event of any dispute pertaining to this contest, the decision of Kaspar Broadcasting Co. Inc. management if final.
