Community members have only a few weeks left to apply for the $1,000 scholarship that will be presented to a Clinton County community member this year through the Zonta Club of Frankfort to help them achieve their dreams.
Applicants must be a Clinton County resident, at 19-years-of-age and have a plan for their future that they can express.
