Traffic is moving on 39 from Frankfort to Rossville and the East Side Landfill is now recieving trash. The west side is also taking in a small quantity of specified loads.
The new lanes on Indiana 39 North of Frankfort in front of the East Entrance of the Clinton County Landfill are up to 4 lanes wide at one point in the road, allowing for deceleration and passing lanes.
