The Humane Society of Clinton County is proud to announce it has been awarded a grant of $80,552.00 from The Community Foundation Serving Howard, Clinton, and Carroll counties. We extend our sincere gratitude to the Foundation’s Board of Directors and generous donors for their continued support of our mission.
This grant will be used to replace the kennels in our largest adoptable dog room. The current kennels, which are over 20 years old, have significantly deteriorated and are in urgent need of replacement. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we successfully funded new kennels for our other two dog rooms last year. With this grant, we are now able to complete the renovation across all our dog areas, creating a safer, more comfortable, and welcoming environment for our animals and visitors alike.
We are incredibly thankful to the Community Foundation of Clinton County for helping us continue to improve the lives of animals in our care.
