The Snyder Entertainment Group, LLC unveiled their plans Thursday in a written statement. Mark and Monte Snyder announced their plan to build a multi-attraction Family Fun Park here in Lafayette. The twin brothers are lifelong natives of the area and have experience in the “Fun” business. You may remember them as the Managers of the two Putt-Putt® mini golf courses previously located in the area; one on the Levee and the other near the Mall.
The brothers purchased the “Hour Time” Clock at the July 16, 2016 auction and have kept their intentions under wraps while they worked out the details for the Park. Mark and Monte feel strongly that Lafayette is in desperate need of a venue where families, friends and visitors alike can gather for some wholesome family entertainment in a safe, comfortable, social setting. The Park, when completed, plans to include an outdoor 1,000’ family electric gokart track with indoor pit area for kart storage and charging with a 300’ indoor
slick track. The venue should also feature 54 holes of miniature golf with 18 of those indoors, 12 Spin Zone Bumper Cars, Tactical Laser Tag, Outdoor Batting
Cages, a large Arcade including a Lazer Maze with numerous other interactive amusements, including a Golf Simulator for training and playing on legendary
courses, the “Hour Time” Sports Pub, Wine Bar and Bakery Cafe/Pizza Parlor and other concessions and ultimately the resurrected full service “Hour Time”
Restaurant and Bar, complete with alfresco dinning overlooking the lake. This time we plan to own the land and we want you to join us as an Owner.

We intend to develop the project in (6) Phases. The 1st Phase will include a 5,000 sq.ft. Tactical Laser Tag Arena on (2) levels, 8 Spin Zone Cars and the Sports Bar with Food Court.
