Clinton County Central Dispatch has announced that motorists need to avoid the area of County Road 500 East between County Road 650 North and County Road 700 North on Friday. Duke Energy will be working in the area most of the day.
Motorists are also being asked to avoid County Road 500 East between County Road 400 North and County Road 500 North. The road will be closed. Duke Energy will be working in the area most of the day.
