
“We want everyone to remain safe out there,” said Frankfort Mayor Chris McBarnes. “We will have extra patrols on the street from our police department. Our fire department will be open. I encourage people to stop up downtown for the Trunk-or-Treat on the Square, stop by our police department, stop by our fire stations. It’s a safe place for the kids to get some candy.”
Besides Frankfort, the City of Kokomo has announced their Trick-or-Treat hours will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, October 31. The Kokomo Police Department is asking parents to limit their children to these hours within the city limits.
