Washington Avenue Project Construction Inspector Bud McQuade said Friday afternoon that there will a “hard close” on Washington Avenue for this weekend.
McQuade said there will be work going on both ends of the project as well as the middle. He encourages motorists to use the detour signs due to all the construction work that will be going on.
McQuade added activity is going to increase in the coming weeks and things in the area are going to get busier.
