The Frankfort Rotary Club held its 32nd Annual Italian Buffet and Silent Auction on an evening when Clinton Countains had an array of many choices for dinner.
The event held in the Edward Jones Community Building always draws a large attendance to support the Frankfort Rotarians. Guests enjoyed a large buffet of pastas and sauces with or without meatballs and plenty of breadsticks, accompanied by several sides. A dessert hit was the spumoni!
After dinner all enjoyed viewing and bidding on a large selection of locally donated items in the silent auction.The buffet and auction is the Frankfort Rotary Club’s main fund raiser to reinvest into the community.
Frankfort’s local Rotary Club, as of April 26th, will be celebrating its 100th Anniversary of Service in Frankfort and Clinton County. Story contributor Richard Greeno.
