The local blood center will be onsite at the banking center and accepting donations from noon to 5 p.m. Some tips for donating include:
- Hydrate & eat a good meal; drink plenty of fluids and eat a good meal the day of your appointment
- Bring a picture ID; to donate blood, a photo ID is required
- Bring the names of medications you are taking
- Get a good night’s sleep prior to
