
The driver told Trooper Price she did not have her driver’s license and verbally identified herself. That identity turned out to be false, she was eventually identified as 33 year old Julie Jackson. She was taken into custody and a subsequent search of her vehicle revealed methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. While seated on the ground, near Price’s police car, Jackson allegedly threw two small plastic bags containing methamphetamine under the car. She was transported to the Marion County Jail and incarcerated.
The preliminary charges listed below are merely accusations, formal charges are determined by the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office. All suspects are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in court.
