The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning from southern Carroll County, northeastern Tippecanoe County and northwestern Clinton County until 5:45 p.m. Wednesday (today).
At 2:42 p.m., Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area with up to 2 inches of rain having fallen across portions of Tippecanoe and southwest Carroll Counties since 2 p.m. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
Some locations that will experience flooding include Lafayette, West Lafayette, Flora, Rossville, Shadeland, Dayton, Battle Ground, Mulberry, Burlington and Purdue University. This includes Interstate 65 between mile markers 165 and 181.
