Eric R. Austin, 47, of Frankfort, died unexpectedly on October 4, 2019. He was born March 11, 1972 in Frankfort to Donald R. and Rose A. (McIntosh) Austin.
Eric was a 1990 graduate of Frankfort Senior High School and attended Vincennes University. He worked for 9 years for Donaldson’s Co. and had been a supervisor at Custom Building Products for the past 15 years. Growing up, he attended Trinity United Methodist Church. He enjoyed golfing, attending Pearl Jam concerts and loved his family.
Survivors include his Mother: Rose A. Austin of Frankfort; Aunt: Joan McIntosh of Frankfort; along with several Cousins. He is also survived by his best friend and companion: Cooper his dog. He was preceded in death by his father.
Friends may visit 9-11 a.m. Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at St. Matthew United Methodist Church, 1951 Wilshire Drive, Frankfort. Funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday following the visitation at the church. Pastor Phil Lake will officiate. Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S.
