Frankfort Utility Service Board Chairman Mike Kelley announced Thursday afternoon that effective at 9 a.m. on Friday, March 20, the lobby of the Frankfort Utility Billing Office, located at 1405 E. Wabash St., will be closed in response to COVID-19.
Customers needing to set up new service can call 765-659-3361 to set up an appointment. All payments may be made through their 24-hour night drop or drive up windows from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
