Sally Bolen, 85, of Guilderland, NY, formerly of Frankfort, passed away Wednesday, April 22,2020 at Our Lady of Mercy Life Center. She was born in Manual, KY on June 17, 1934 to Dan and Molly (Duff) Hutchinson. She worked at Peter Paul, Frito Lay, and Federal Mogul. Sally was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and a former member of the Eagles Lodge.
Sally is survived by her daughter, Deborah Ross of Schenectady, NY; step-son, Jeff Bolen; step-daughter, Carol Austin; sisters, Ruthie Layne, Louella Franklin, and Lizzie Miller; daughter-in-law, Pam Desmond, granddaughter Amy Danielle Ross; and step-grandson, Jimmy Austin.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold Bolen; son, Wendell Ross; and sister, Polly.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort is assisting with arrangements.
