
Brohm shared his ideas with Sports Illustrated. His plan includes an eight-game regular season starting in February and ending in mid-April, followed by playoffs in May.
“I think it was important to put something together that proves it’s doable to have a spring season,” Brohm told Sports Illustrated. “For these football players, especially our seniors, this gives them a chance to have a season.”
Brohm’s idea would allow for a fall 2021 season which would allow for 10 regular-season games starting in early October. There would also be a traditional postseason.
