The Frankfort Police Department has reason to believe that the missing juvenile, Samantha Donoho, 15, may be with her non-custodial mother, Rachel Trulson. If anyone has information on the whereabouts of Rachel Trulson, please contact Clinton County Central Dispatch at 765-654-4431. This information will be relayed to our detectives.
