Sue Carol Wright, 88 of rural Frankfort, passed into the arms of the Lord at 8:20 AM February 3, 2021 at IU Health, Frankfort. She was born February 19, 1932 in Frankfort, Ind. to Wilbur “Wib” and Helen Snodgrass. She married Bernard “Bernie” Wright on April 11, 1985. He preceded her in death on June 6, 2012.
Sue was a lifelong Frankfort resident and graduated from Frankfort High School in 1950. Sue was a gifted artist and created several paintings and drawings. She and Bernie loved to travel in their RV and visited friends they made all over the country. Her skill as a photographer really shined thru with the many photographs of these travels she shared with family and friends. They settled on Key West Florida as their winter retirement home and enjoyed spending time on the beach and with friends at the K
ey West American Legion.
Sue is survived by her brother, Dan Snodgrass (Phyllis) of Mulberry and sister, Linda Kay Lawler (Tom) of rural Frankfort. Sons, Bradley Marshall and Joseph (Heather) Marshall of Frankfort, Grandsons, Rich Smith (Karen) of New Palestine and Christopher Marshall (Trisha Cordell) of Fort Wayne, Granddaughter, Carly Demers (Jason) of Whiteland, In. Great Grandchildren; Great Grandson Max Smith and Great Granddaughters Samantha Smith, Taylor Smith, Skylar Demers and Realynne Marshall.
Private family graveside services will be held at Bunnell Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Clinton County Humane Society. Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S.
