- Go to Media > Download Images.
- In the box titled “Search for your favorite images,” put in keywords that describe what you are looking for.
- Review the images presented and select the one you want by clicking on it. (Pixabay is heavy on images from foreign and military sources, so be careful in your selection.)
- The picture you chose will be displayed front and center with a “Download” button below it and, over to the right, different image sizes. Click on the “Download” button to download the default size, or click on the size you want in the list to the right to download that size.
- The image is inserted into your media library for resizing (see Formatting Images) and insertion into your pages and posts.
