Rodney Lee Beauchamp, 66, of Michigantown, Ind., died August 30, 2021 at his home. He was born January 6, 1955 in Frankfort to the late Lloyd C. & Sue Carolyn (Peterson) Beauchamp. He married Susan Lynn Cardwell in Kokomo on October 18, 1980 and she survives. Rodney was a 1973 graduate of Frankfort High School. He had worked at Subaru of Indiana for 27 years, retiring on July 30, 2018. He was a member of the Abundant Life Church in Kokomo, where he was involved in the men’s group, “Iron Man”. Rodney enjoyed bowling, traveling and historical reenacting from the Civil, French and Indiana War era. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife: Susan Beauchamp of Michigantown, daughter: Mandy Lynn Beauchamp of Jefferson, son: Kyle Beauchamp of Jefferson, 2 brothers: Terry L. (Debra) Beauchamp of Kokomo, Randall L. Beauchamp of Jefferson, 2 grandchildren, Harrison Beauchamp and Audrey Beauchamp, mother-in-Law: Carolyn Cardwell of Michigantown.
Funeral Services:
Visitation will be 10 a.m.-12 Noon Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Funeral services will follow at 12 Noon at the funeral home.
