Charles Vernon Benge, 81, of South Carolina and formerly of Frankfort, passed away October 13, 2021 in South Carolina. He was born on November 6, 1939 in Clinton County to Luther Robert and Mary Christina (Finney) Benge. He married Ina Mae Marsh on October 17, 1958 and she preceded him in death in 1998. He then married Jacqueline Bullock on September 8, 1998 and she preceded him in death on September 26, 2018.

Surviving are his Daughters: Deborah (Greg) Randolph of Lafayette and Elizabeth Ann Gunning of South Carolina; Grandchildren: Sarah Toney (Kristian Wright) of Frankfort, Kyle Randolph of Lafayette, Tyler (Allyson) Randolph of Rossville, and Lauren (Darin) Armetta of Lafayette; 6 Great-Grandchildren; Sister: Georgia (Jewell) Richards of Michigan; His Second Wife’s Children: James (Christine) Bullock, Laura (Steve) Davidson, Dan (Deborah) Bullock, Susan (James) Irwin, Steve Bullock, Debbie (Mike) Partin, and Robert (Patti) Bullock; along with Several Step-Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 wives, son-in-law: Gary Gunning, 9 siblings, and step-daughter-in-law: Jo Bullock .
Friends may visit 12:30 – 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center, 501 East Clinton Street, Frankfort.
