Terry R. “Radar” McQuern, 73, of Frankfort, died unexpectedly November 9, 2021. He was born on February 1, 1948 in Frankfort to William and Miriam (Pendry) McQuern. He married Linda Metzger on November 4, 1967 in Rossville, and she survives.
Terry attended Colfax schools and Clinton Prairie High School. He was a life long Clinton County resident and farmer, retiring 3 years ago. He had also owned his own trucking company for several years. He was a former member of the Elks Lodge, Moose Lodge, and Young Farmers Group. Current memberships included the Colfax Christian Church, Eagles Lodge, and Son’s of the American Legion.
Surviving along with his Wife: Linda are his Sons: Matthew R. McQuern of Frankfort and Brian (Michele) McQuern of Rural Rossville; Sister: Carol Jo (Gordy) Barnett of Kokomo; Brother: Jim McQuern of Altz, TX; Grandson: Berkley McQuern of Rural Rossville; Granddaughter: Rachele McQuern of Kokomo; Great-Granddaughter: River Chapman; along with Several Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be 12 Noon to 3 p.m. Sunday, November 14, 2021 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Funeral service will begin at 3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
