The Frankfort Fire Department has been taking part in extrication classes the past week. Firefighters have focused on different techniques to remove victims from trapped and mangled vehicles. EMS Division Captain Russell Sheets invited his Clinton County EMS high school and adult classes to participate with removals. This type of training helps not only on an individual level but also allows them to work as team to better communicate.
The fire department would like to thank Daves Body Shop and Gear Headz Auto for donating vehicles for the fire department to train with.
