Clinton County Central Dispatch has announced a pair of closures for Monday.
Frankfort Water Works will have West Green Street between Walsh and Morris Streets closed all day Monday.
Also, the Sewer Department will have East Wabash from Coulter to William Streets closed all day Monday,
