Clinton Prairie Rolls Past Western On Hardwood Night

Clinton Prairie continues to win and remains unbeaten at home for the season as they defeated Western Saturday night 73-47.

It was also Hardwood night as they crowned King and Queen between games. Congratulations to King Layne Horlacher and Queen Evey Brooks. Photos included in the links.

Scoring for Clinton Prairie
Jake McGraw leads the Gophers with 26 points, Cayden Davis 14, Ryan Harshbarger and Layne Horlacher each with 9, Nick Curtin, Jaycob Wilson, and Levi Ostler each added 4 points, and Alex Dean added 3 points to round out scoring for the Gophers.

Top scorer for Western was Logan Nelson with 18 points.

Clinton Prairie’s JV also defeated Western in a close match up by the score 48-44.

Top scoring for the Gophers was Nick Curtin leading the way with 14, Evan Smock 11, and Jake Swinford with 8 points.

The Clinton Prairie Gophers now move to (11-2) and will travel to (7-10) North Montgomery on Thursday Feb 1.
