Wind Chill Advisory Issued for Clinton County

The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a Wind Chill Advisory along and north of a Terre Haute to Bloomington to Seymour line from 9 p.m. Thursday night to 11 a.m. Friday morning. This advisory includes Clinton County.

Very cold wind chills are expected. The cold wind chills will cause frostbite is as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin. Expect wind chilld to range from 15 below zero to 20 below zero. Make sure you wear a hat and gloves.

Besides Clinton, other affected areas are Bartholomew, Boone, Brown, Carroll, Clay, Decatur, Delaware, Fountain, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Henry, Howard, Jackson, Jennings, Madison, Marion, Monroe, Montgomery, Morgan, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Randolph, Rush, Shelby, Tippecanoe, Tipton, Vermillion, Vigo and Warren.
